I wish the bottle had a pump instead of a pour top, but the milky toner itself does a nice job lightly hydrating without feeling sticky. It preps my skin well before my heavier creams.
The milky texture feels nice on application, but I haven't noticed it making a big difference in restoring balance. It's an okay lightweight prep step, though nothing special.
